Edgewood Lake Tahoe

The snowcapped mountains behind you and the vast, sparkling lake before you provide a naturally stunning backdrop for your dream ceremony. Say your I do’s on Edgewood Tahoe’s lakefront deck then take the celebration indoors where your guests will dance the night away in the elegant mountain chalet clubhouse. The Edgewood Tahoe clubhouse has two reception areas that can accommodate 100 or 250 guests, and both have equally stunning views of the lake and golf course.

Valhalla

Wed in rustic elegance and charm at Valhalla, centerpiece of the Tallac Historical Site on the South Shore of beautiful Lake Tahoe. Available from mid-April through mid-December. 120 guest maximum. Outside catering and rentals required.

Ehrman Mansion

This exceptional wedding site is one of the grandest Old Tahoe mansions in existence. The rustically elegant home, called Pine Lodge, was completed in 1903 and was considered to be one of the finest in the High Sierra. In 1965, California State Parks acquired the property. Pine Lodge sits on a knoll with a commanding view of Lake Tahoe, and expansive lawns extend down to the lake and pier. Weddings for up to 200 take place lakeside, and receptions for up to 125 take place in the garden, adjacent to the gazebo.

Heavenly Mountain Resort

Heavenly mountain offers two wedding venues to choose from, accommodating up to 400 guests. Your guests will ride the Aerial Tram or the Heavenly Gondola before arriving at your reception site, where they will be greeted by breathtaking views.

Choose between a beachfront wedding or a special gathering on board a yacht or paddlewheeler. Zephyr Cove Resort & Lake Tahoe Cruises offers a variety of venues to choose from, all with spectacular views and memorable settings.

Bleu Wave Cruises

The Tahoe Bleu Wave is considered one of the most luxurious commercial yachts at the lake with her “old teak wood style bulk head and entertaining quarters”, outdoor fly bridge and titanic party bow. At 70′ foot long, with full indoor climate controlled main decks and middle quarters, the Bleu Wave has capacity for upto 50 at any time of the year. She caters to any type of charter from weddings to anniversaries, special events to birthday parties, corporate meetings to bachelor/ette parties, and life celebrations to anything in between. The Tahoe Bleu Wave has a full service bar and galley for the ultimate catered event.

Safari Rose

The Safari Rose is one of Tahoe’s most luxurious yachts. She is 80ft long and 20 feet wide, has 6 bathrooms, dining room, a heated salon with leather and teak, full bar, beautiful enclosed fantail, sun deck and even a cozy fireplace. The Safari Rose is available for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners & other special events and has a maximum of 60 passengers.

Thunderbird Lodge

You won’t find a more enchanting or memorable location for your wedding ceremony, reception, or rehearsal dinner than historic Thunderbird Lake Tahoe: Lake Tahoe’s Castle-in-the-Sky and world famous Thunderbird Yacht. The old stone house and grounds provides a tranquil setting, while Lake Tahoe and the surrounding snow-capped mountains becomes the panoramic backdrop for your ceremony, your photographs, and your reception. The Lighthouse Room can accommodate 90 guests for dinner, while the lawn can accommodate up to 120 people. Outside catering and rentals required.

Hyatt Lake Tahoe

Whether you dream of a Lakefront ceremony, a wedding in a lush green meadow, an intimate gathering in a stunning mountain lodge or a grand reception in our Lakeside Ballroom, any of Hyatt Lake Tahoe’s wedding sites make an ideal setting for a memorable event. The Hyatt can accommodate up to 250 guests.

Riva Grill

Located in South Lake Tahoe, Riva Grill is known for its stunning views, excellent food, and outstanding service. Beach ceremonies can be arranged and the gorgeous reception facilities are just steps away on the second floor of the restaurant. At this lakefront location, the entire restaurant along with the deck, may be reserved for groups of up to 400 (date restrictions apply). Upstairs private rooms with balconies are available year‐round. Riva Grill can accommodate groups of up to 220 upstairs in combined rooms or smaller parties may reserve just one room. In addition to wedding ceremonies and receptions, Riva is also a great place to gather for rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, and post-wedding brunches.

With flexible indoor and outdoor event spaces that make the most of the picturesque views of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding mountain peaks, striking interior design, and impeccable catering services, the West Shore Cafe is a perfect location to celebrate in Tahoe. West Shore Cafe can accommodate up to 200 guests.

Resort at Squaw Creek

This venue has a variety of ceremony and reception locations and can accommodate weddings up to 300 guests.
